TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SUPERMIND REAL ESTATE Effective Date: May 30, 2025 Welcome to SuperMind Real Estate. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions which apply to all users including buyers, agents, surveyors, and lawyers. -------------------------------------------------------- 1. GENERAL PLATFORM TERMS -------------------------------------------------------- - SuperMind Real Estate is a platform that connects buyers with agents, sellers, surveyors, and lawyers across Africa. - We are not a party to property transactions and do not own or sell real estate ourselves. - All users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and honest information during registration and usage. - We are not responsible for any loss, fraud, or misrepresentation caused by third-party users. - We may update these terms anytime. Users will be notified of major updates. -------------------------------------------------------- 2. BUYER TERMS -------------------------------------------------------- - Buyers can use the platform completely free of charge. - No payment or subscription is required to search, connect, or receive documents. - We do not spy on, monitor, or share buyer documents or activity with anyone. - SuperMind is not liable for false information from agents, sellers, lawyers, or surveyors. - Buyers may report misconduct by any professional. We will investigate and may take disciplinary action. -------------------------------------------------------- 3. AGENT TERMS -------------------------------------------------------- - Agents must register and upload valid identity and business documents. - Subscription options: - ₦10,000/month for unverified agents (local visibility+ international visibility) - ₦50,000/month for verified agents (local + international visibility) - Pricing is shown in the user’s local currency based on country. - Agents must not post fake listings or mislead buyers. - False advertising or scam attempts will result in account suspension. -------------------------------------------------------- 4. SURVEYOR TERMS -------------------------------------------------------- - Surveyors must register using valid identification and license. - Subscription options: - ₦20,000/month - ₦100,000/year - Surveyors are expected to provide accurate land reports and GPS-based measurements. - Fraudulent reports or impersonation will result in a ban from the platform. -------------------------------------------------------- 5. LAWYER TERMS -------------------------------------------------------- - Lawyers must register using government-issued ID and legal credentials. - Subscription options: - ₦20,000/month - ₦100,000/year - Lawyers handle power of attorney, legal checks, and property contracts. - Fake legal documents or misconduct will result in legal action and permanent removal. -------------------------------------------------------- 6. VERIFICATION POLICY -------------------------------------------------------- - All professionals (agents, surveyors, lawyers) must complete a verification process. - A badge will be displayed once verification is complete. - We reserve the right to reject or revoke verification if any false document is found. -------------------------------------------------------- 7. CURRENCY AND PAYMENT -------------------------------------------------------- - All fees are calculated in Nigerian Naira (₦) but displayed in USD using exchange rates. - Payments are securely processed via Paystack. - Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan. -------------------------------------------------------- 8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY -------------------------------------------------------- - SuperMind Real Estate does not guarantee service outcomes or quality of work. - All users are advised to verify listings, documents, and professionals before making payments. - We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages from any transaction between users. -------------------------------------------------------- 9. GOVERNING LAW -------------------------------------------------------- - These terms are governed by the laws of the African country where SuperMind Real Estate is officially registered and operated. -------------------------------------------------------- 10.
