1. Services Provided

• Real estate listings across Africa
• Agent registration for uploading and managing properties
• Verified lawyers (barristers) for legal services
• Verified surveyors for land/property inspection
• Buyer tools to search, save, schedule visits, and contact professionals

2. Registration & Verification

• Agents, lawyers, and surveyors must provide accurate information
• Valid ID or professional license is required for verification
• Unverified users may be suspended or hidden from public view

3. Subscription & Pricing

Agents:

• free access – Local + International visibility
• Verified Agent – ₦20,000/month (~$13.33) – Full visibility + Verified badge

Lawyers:

• ₦20,000/month (~$13.33) or ₦100,000/year (~$66.67)

Surveyors:

• ₦20,000/month (~$13.33) or ₦100,000/year (~$66.67)

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide accurate contact details
• May connect with verified lawyers and surveyors for help
• SuperMind Real Estate is not liable for third-party outcomes

5. Upload Limits

• Max file size: 10MB per file
• Total upload limit: 200MB per user

6. Prohibited Actions

• Fake listings or identities
• Bypassing subscription or verification systems
• Spamming, harassment, or impersonation

7. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations or fraudulent behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the property of SuperMind Real Estate. Do not reuse or republish without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for services provided by agents, lawyers, or surveyors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings
• We are not liable for technical issues or external disruptions

10. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the African country where SuperMind Real Estate is officially registered.
