4. Consult a Lawyer

Book a verified lawyer to inspect the documents, title, and confirm property authenticity. They will give a legal report and value estimate.

5. Get Reports

Reports from both the surveyor and lawyer will appear in your dashboard under the property you favourited.

6. Make Payment

After reviewing the reports, pay the agent (especially if verified). You will receive an official receipt from the agent.

7. Receive Documents

Surveyor and lawyer documents will be saved in your dashboard. You can also request hard copies sent to your location.
